Jonno always knew he wanted to be a chef, studying home economics at the age of 12, and

beginning his career in his first kitchen at the age of 15. He first joined the Priston Mill family in May 2011 where he worked for 3 years, before heading over to our sister venue Coombe Lodge, where he has been a valuable member of the kitchen team for 9 years. He has now re-joined the Priston team, and we are thrilled to have him back!


What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? I love cycling and try to cycle to work whenever I can.


What’s the top of your bucket list? Don’t tell my wife… but I’d like another bike!


Most memorable moment in your career? I got gold in a catering competition at Weston Super Mare when I was an apprentice


Favourite thing to cook? I love making paella, with a nice glass of wine, of course!
