Event Manager

Katherine joined the team in the Summer of 2022. Having always wanted to work in the events industry, she started her career in events working for the Marriott hotels in Bristol, where she planned weddings and social events. Prior to that, she worked for a luxury accessories brand, and also spent a bit of time living in Italy.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

 I love a good countryside walk.

Fun fact about you?

Before I started working in events, I lived in Padova working as an Au Pair. Padova being the birthplace of Aperol, I’ve had my fair share of Aperol Spritz and always love to see couples choose it on their wedding day!

What's at the top of your bucket list?

I’d love to do a road trip through America… or around Europe… or anywhere with some sun!!

What's your favourite thing about your job?

The first dance! It’s just such a special moment (if I can I’ll always try to watch it!) Everyone has enjoyed a lovely meal, the drinks are flowing, and everyone has relaxed, ready to dance the night away. Definitely my favourite part of the day.

Can you give us your top wedding tip?

It’s always easier said than done, (and everyone will say it I’m sure!) but don’t stress the small things. This is the one day that all your loved ones are together in the same place (and best of all celebrating you!!) – that’s by far the most important thing, so enjoy every moment of it.
